Terms of use
- It is necessary to read carefully and follow the Safety regulations before departure.
- Fuel is not included in the rental price.
- Navigation rules must be obeyed.
- The boats are insured against third-party liability.
- The insurance does not cover the lower part of the boat's hull, propeller, and engine shaft.
- The maximum distance from the coast should not exceed 3 nautical miles.
- In the event of bad weather or sailing ban by the port authorities, you may set sail on the next available day.
- The boat driver is liable for any damages to the boat or passengers’ injuries.
- We are not responsible for the loss of your personal belongings during the rental period.
